Return Policy
Classic Auto Furniture wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return merchandise purchased at Classic Auto Furniture if it meets the criteria below. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise paid by cash or check will be refunded by check and mailed.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition and in its original crating. Return authorization must be obtained prior to return of shipment. Please contact us at 978-256-8707 or at ClassicAutoFurniture@comcast.net for assistance in returning the merchandise.
Special Order Items: No returns or exchanges on any special order items. Customers have 24 hours from the order date to cancel the order. Thereafter, cancellations will not be accepted.
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at 978-256-8707. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.
